As a Product Architect, I was responsible for delivering customized logistics solutions for enterprise clients using a cloud-based transport management platform. My work focused on the entire lifecycle of client-specific implementations — from requirement analysis through post-go-live support. I led the extraction and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into structured specifications and implementation documentation. This included designing data flows, system interfaces, and use-case definitions tailored to each customer’s business model. Throughout the project lifecycle, I collaborated closely with internal development teams, testers, and business analysts, ensuring alignment with both technical feasibility and client expectations. I also coordinated technical workshops and led handovers between analysis, development, and operations teams. Once the solution was developed, I supervised system deployment activities and managed hypercare phases to ensure smooth stabilization and client satisfaction. Projects I supported served clients in sectors such as commercial vehicle manufacturing and global aviation ground handling — both requiring high integration standards, reliability, and compliance with industry-specific operational procedures. This role demanded strong communication skills, technical understanding of logistics platforms, and the ability to manage complexity across international, multi-stakeholder environments.

As an Implementation Consultant, I was responsible for technically delivering customized logistics workflows within a transport management platform. Acting in a developer role, I implemented client-specific solutions based on predefined specifications, ensuring they aligned with both functional requirements and system standards. My responsibilities included platform configuration, development of transformation logic using JavaScript, Oracle SQL, and Apache Velocity, as well as implementing and validating data mappings for EDI, REST, and SOAP-based interfaces. I used these protocols to handle inbound and outbound data flows but did not build the integrations themselves. I participated in end-to-end testing, supported release deployments, and ensured smooth hypercare support post go-live. My work demanded attention to data accuracy, process stability, and clear documentation to support long-term maintainability. The role required close collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across various time zones, including clients in Asia and Europe. This involved flexible coordination, asynchronous troubleshooting, and clear technical communication. Operating in a highly structured logistics environment, I delivered stable, repeatable solutions while supporting continuous improvement across active deployments.

Developing and conducting health and safety training, providing guidance and consultation in health and safety topics such as emergency response, hazardous material handling, life safety, health/wellness, ergonomics. Promotion of awareness of health and safety culture and programs through communication and collaborative team interaction. Conducting job analysis, and oversees safe implementation and final review of all new engineering facilities, maintenance, operations and product development projects. Conducting management health and safety briefings and metrics Investigating or ensuring adequate investigation of all incidents and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence Disseminates information to implement health and safety policies, procedures and standards ensuring integration with Dell business partners’ standard operating procedures and policies. Preparing accurate and up-to-date information used in incident analysis. Uses root cause analysis to determine incident trends and unsafe activities as well as provide documentation for regulatory agencies. Managing chemical safety program including chemical authorizations. I develop, coordinate, and implement Health & Safety training, procedures etc.
